Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Deposits and Payments:
    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Please confirm availability before making payment.
    • The deposit and completed booking form, along with proof of payment, should be sent to us via WhatsApp.
    • The remaining balance is to be paid on arrival, either in cash or by card.
    • For team-building events, corporate fun days, or large group bookings, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 days before the event.
  2. Final Numbers:
    • Final participant numbers must be confirmed 3 days before your booking.
    • No refunds or credits will be provided for reduced numbers on the day of the event.
  3. Punctuality:
    • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled trail time.
    • If you arrive late, your trail will proceed as scheduled, and you will only have the remaining time of your booking. The trail will not be postponed, and no refunds will be issued.
  4. Weather Policy:
    • In the event of lightning or heavy rain, the trail will be rescheduled to ensure safety.
  5. Liability:
    • Segwati Getaways/Segwati Ranch and its employees will not be held responsible for any damage, injury, or loss incurred while on the property.
